Does AnyBody know EAC/WAC # pattern significance

Can some body explain if any significance with EAC/WAC number.
I mean what does first number ,second number and third number stand for. Thanks
 
EAC is used for Vermont
WAC is used for California..
Similarlly SRC and LIN for Texas and Nebreska.

Next 2 digits is the fiscal year.. (Fiscal yr starts from Oct 1st)
Next 3 digits are business days starting from Oct 1st..
Next 5 digits are the application number.. no sequence.. first come first serve order.. If you apply EAD, AP and 485.. They may issue one after the other.. or it depends on service center sorting..
