I am applying for GC in EB1-OR category. My non-concurrent I-140 file was received by NSC Nov.3 in 2003. LUD is Nov.6, 2003 ("we have received your file bla-bla-bla"). Since then - nothing!
What do you think, guys, that should I do? Call them? Send an inquiry letter? I think I will get a response like "proc. time for your category is June 2003, so shut up and wait!"

And another question is: should I start with 485 application or may be is better to wait until I'll get any info about my I-140?
