As per poverty law it states if your salary is below poverty level then the government welfare will help you. On my RFE : It stated " You must prove that you will not be a public charge" Please Provide 1.) Emp Letter 2.) Last W2 and Tax return 3.) Past months earning statement. My question is do everybody on the RFE for Emp letter,W2 and Earning statement RFE get this written on the top.
