Does all NYC queens cases goes to garden City?

I see Garden City is far behind in scheduling Interviews. So concern to see if all cases belongs to queens goes to GC or it is random.

Also if it does what are the current timeline after FP to get IL from garden City as I see many cases are older filed in July and August but still pending IL from Garden City.

Looks like all Queens, Brooklyn, and Long Island are at Garden City
