Does advance payroll(I-131) takes that long in NSC

Hi GURUS..
I applied I140/485,765,131 on 11/09/2004 in NSC(EB2).Today i received the email for approval of my 765(EAD)..Also status for I131(advance payroll) is updated and it now shows that it takes 240 to 280 days to process this type of case..Does it really takes so long to get the approval for advance payroll in NSC.
Any views..

No, dont worry. I applied slightly before you and mine arrived on January 7th.(AP). I think ur application is 2-3 weeks after mine. So you still have about 2 weeks approx.

Advanced Payroll? Surely you mean Advanced Parole? They mean completely different things. The I-131 is aka Advanced Parole, or travel documents. It has nothing to do with ability to pay or anything like that.
