So far, neither,anyway these days everyone gets an RFE, so doesn't matter

it doesn't slow down for giving RFE. But for RFE inspection, it is slower than other ppl.

I had AC21, and I sent RFE out, but haven't got any reply yet.

Since 90% of the ppl are getting rfe no matter AC21 or not and haven't noticed either on any thread so I don't think it would matter.

Close to 100% of primary applicants are getting RFEs in CSC - if only because the EVLs have an expiration set on them by CSC (different policy to the other Service Centers).

Why cant they treat it like FP expiry and issue RFE for everyone that should save some time

yes if u inform the bcis

when u use AC21
u shouldnt inform thr bcis u have chnaged jobs

The law doesnt require you to inform.


I have seen ppl who informed and see thier process

delayed significantly.


When RFE is issued then u can inform
and u will be approved within a week of the RFE
