does AC 21 matter for EB2/Eb3 case?

Hi All,
I have a job opportunity to move to Chicago, which I believe comes under NSC. My original labor was done under EB2. The new offer does not ask of adbvanced degree. Do you think EB2/EB3 matters in AC21 case? Please let me know.

Technically speaking, your new job should match whatever you have in your LC. Make sure, you have your LC handy and consult with your attorney. If I am not wrong, EB2 or EB3 doesn't matter and it all depends upon , how attorney is justifying ur case. I know lot of persons, who are highly qualified, but have applied in EB3, just to play a safe game.
 
EB2/EB3 does not matter. the only thing that matters is job should be 'similar'. BCIS looks at that rather brodly.

Kishore_l and sb_tiger are both correct. The only thing that really matters is the job description, which should match the LC.
