Does a prior approval speed up processing of a new I-140?

I have an approved I-140 NIW petition. It was approved in April of this year. I filed a seperate I-140 EB1OR petition in the last week of November. Will a prior approval in a similar category help speed up processing of my EB1OR petition? My NIW was approved at Texas and my Eb1OR is pending at Texas as well.
