I have a pending 485 application (ND Dec 2004). I am getting married in Mar 2005. My current visa stamp is till May 2006 and have the new employer's new visa petition approval till Sept 06.
I am thinking i would have a new visa for myself (which will be valid till only Sep 2006). At the same time i would have (future)spouse's appointment to get a visa for her.
Questions
------------
1. Can i add somone for an H-4 appointment to my H-1 when i am married? ( I will be married before my visa appointment)
2. Will it cause a problem for her since i have a pending 485?
3. Will the fact that my approved petition is only till Sep 06 cause a problem? (Company said they cant file before Apr 06 and for visa appointment i need to give the 797 petition number....)
