Does 3rd EAD RFE holds on AOS approval?

Does RFE on 3rd EAD holds on AOS approval {BCIS received AOS RFE {evl,w2,pay stubs ?

Our's is DEC 2001 case and we got RFE on AOS in Dec 7TH, 2003 then our lawyer moron responded for RFE {pay stubs,EVL, W2} on Dec 24 {Just one day before Xmus having our documents with them ALREADY} , BCIS changed message to RFE received on jan 2nd ,2004.

today I came to that we got RFE on 3rd EAD ON JAN 13TH, 2004 {we applied 3rd EAD couple of months ago}, orcourse we haven't received anything on EAD rfe, but our lawyer moron responded for EAD rfe on 21th of jan,2004.

I was wondering RFE on 3rd EAD is the reason/culprit holding our AOS approval even after 20 days BCIS received our responce for AOS RFE?

I don't think there are any connection between EAD RFE and AOS approvals. CSC has five division and as I remember EAD and 485 are processed by different divisions.

P.S at least your lawyer responded for AOS RFE, my $%#& attorney have lost my RFE documents
