Doe ?

stamped hours ago. Our I-485 approval notice date is 5/5/04. In the stamp, there is one item called DOE, and officer wrote down 5/3/04 there. What does DOE stands for? I think it is the real approval date and I can count my PR status from that date 5/3/04. Am I right?
