Documents to be submitted while working on EAD??

I wanted to know, what documents normally the employers are going to ask while working on EAD.

Especially here, My wife(beneficiary of my case) has got the offer. But this is the first time we are using EAD. So i wanted to know

what documents are the employers going to ask other than the photocopies of EAD.

You'll need to file form I-9 (Employment Eligibility Verification).

You'll need to submit copies of your EAD (front and back) and a copy of your driver's license/passport.

But I had one question in I-9 Form. I wanted to know which one i should check.

I attest, under penalty of perjury, that I am (check one of the following):

1. A citizen or national of the United States
2. A Lawful Permanent Resident (Alien # A
3. An alien authorized to work until / /
(Alien # or Admission #)

Should I check for the 3rd one. Is that correct????
