Documents send with P3 form?

Normally it is only the DS 230 Part I that goes back as Packet 3 response.
Copies of passports are not usually asked for.
But you need to follow the instructions you get in Packet 3. If any additional
documents are needed, that would be specified in that.

In the P3 intructions sent by NVC to me stated send Ds230 Part 1 and Copy of the Biographic page of the Passport, so I sent them. But even the Paralegal at Attorney's office was not aware about this.
My suggestion would be to check the instructions sent by NVC follow it.
