Hello Friends:
I do have AP and EAD. Planning to switch the job due to lay off. Company attorney may not provide me the receipt notice. We are planning to go to India after changing the job. Do we need receipt notice of 485 when we come back ? or is AP and EAD are enough to prove that our AOS is pending ?
