Hi,
Two of my previous employers are about to shutdown the company and this is my chance of getting any documents from them. The lawyer will file labor for my Greencard application in March and I have got the Employement Verification letters from both these employers. Does anyone know if I'll need any more paperwork from them during later stages of Greencard processing? To be on the safe side, is there a document I should get from them just incase the INS sends us a query in future? If yes, what should the letter talk about?
Thanks,
Ruchika
