Documents required from India for mother?

Hi,

My mother will be applying for a visitor visa. The reason for
visit is pregnancy but I won't be mentioning this on the letter.

What documents does she have to submit on her side? She is currently employed and lives with my father and brother. She has visited the US in 2001 with my father so she'll be applying via drop box.

I will be sending her the following -
Affidavit of support
My invitation letter
Employment verification letter
Bank Letter
Bank statements
Pay stubs
Last year's tax return

What does she have to submit besides the form and passport?

Copies of ALL pages of your passport,
Copy of your immigration status ( GC, H1, etc.),
Fee Drafts,
Photos (requirements have changed recently),

Your US tax return is not required.
