Documents required for H1-B transfer.

What are the documents required for H1-B transfer. My employer has only provided me with the approval notice.
I think the employee has the right to get the copy of petition and the lca application. Please let me know if this is not the case.
 
Based on my reasearch today:

For H1B transfer only document required from current H1-b is the approval notice. i.e. I-797

Regarding the rights of an employee:
1) Employer is bound to provide the original approval notice and a copy of LCA (labor application)

I have not found any law stating that employer should provide for the copy of the petition. If anyone knows about this please let me know.
