Documents required for EAD and AP renewal

Can someone list all the documents required for EAD and AP renewal.

# of Photos for EAD and fee ?
# of Photos for AP and fee ?
I-485 Reciept.
Passport copy for AP.
Do we need to send the current Original EAD and AP back to INS ?

Please let me know if any more.

Documents for EAD Renewal

FOr EAD Renewal

1) 2 Photos and $120 fee
2) U need not send original EAD , but if u want u can send copy (back & forth) of ur EAD.

I do not know about AP as I did not renewed it.
