My AP is expiring soon, I want to apply for new Travel Document, Please post the docuements required for filing new AP?

App form for Advance parole ( I-131)
Fee: Money order/cashier's check $110
2 Photo
Copy of current advance parole document.
Copy of I-94(both sides)
Copy of I-485 receipt notice
