Approved 140 through company A.
Company A merges with Company B. ( acquisition of assets)
What are the documents needed from Company A and Company B to prove successor in interest.
What is the format of letter showing future employment from company B?
This is what i intend to do. Pl tell if that is okay.
1. prove merger /acquisition of company a with company B
2. get a future employment letter from company B to hire me once the gc is approved
3. file for 140 amendment and 485 simultaneously and EAD..
4. Pray to god that things go well.
Am i missing anything.
Any thoughts / suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
