Can you please advice me on following-->

I applied for EAD at VSC. I live in CA. Can i Go to any of the local service center i.e LA or Santa Ana

Ideally your CA local office should be able to issue the iEAD, however they are known to be quite inconsistent in how they handle such cases when it comes to issuing iEADs. Go to your local office and give it a shot. Good Luck!!
