Good day all. I am a Ghanaian resident in Canada and hoping to gather all my documents in case I am selected for 2020. It says here that I need a copy of my immunization records for the medical exam. Anyone has an idea how to obtain that? Is the yellow card good enough or the same as that? Thank you.
