I am in the middle of processing my green card under Eb3 category. I have an approved I-140 and because my mainland is India and PD is aug 2005, I know I cannot file for I-485 until PD becomes current. My question is, I processed everything through my office lawyer and She has been updating all the stages promptly but I do not have any docs of the GC process until 1-140. Should there be any docs that the applicant should be given by the lawyer? What should we have from the lawyer to be up to date until the I-140 category?
I want to make sure I know what I am getting from her. Another reason I was asking this is, when extending H1 after 6 years..what docs is to be provided to make a 3 year extention?
