Documents needed to file a Regular LC. *URGENT*

Hi,

I'm up against a deadline to file my LC before my 5th year deadline on 02/28/04. My attorney has given me a questionaire about my work experience, personal info etc. for LC that I have filled to file a Regular LC from Texas. While I'm waiting to get hold of my attorney to find out more info, I would like to know from you gurus what are the douments one needs furnish to file an LC. Do I need to send a photocopy of my work experience letters, marklist, passpost, birth certificate etc. Since I have barely 1 work week left to meet the deadline, I need this info as soon as possible. I'm in pins and needles waiting for my attorney's appointment tomorrow morning to furnish me this info!

Following will be list.

Copies of All Educational Certificates & Transcripts/Marks Lists (High School, College, University) with dates (from & to) in month/year

Copies of All Training Certificates with dates (from & to) in month/year

Copies of All Experience Letters with dates of employment (from & to) in month/year

Any Special Skills

Any Professional Licenses

Latest Resume with detailed Work Experience History

Copy of H-1B Approval Notice (I-797) - IF APPLICABLE
 
Little correction:

Copies of All Experience Letters with dates of employment (from & to) in month/year --- Good to have - your lawyer will use it in 140 stage though.
