My interview is coming up...sept. 1st, and my lawyer ran a docket, to see if I have anything outstanding in my record, (since I went to court couple of times due to some speeding tickets that I had), now she calls me today, saying that she found two courts appearence in my record, that is correct, and one of them still outstanding ( that is not correct, since I pay them mother...*&%^*@!!!) ....my appointment is wednesday, I have tomorrow to resolve this matter, so I have to go to two different courts, the one that says I'm clear, but accordingly to my lawyer I still have to get a certified copy of that docket, and the one that says that I'm outstanding, and I have to resolve that, you know how the system is, It might take couple of days, What if I don't have these certified dockets till my interview??? and how'bout this outstanding one, I don't think I'm gonna have enough time to take care of it!!!!

What if you take a notorized affidavic (spelling?)
ask your lawyer if you can't get the certificates, would the affidavic help
