Can the people who applied for PIO card recently please post their experience in terms of timeline and the documents required? I live in Southern California so I am assuming the I will have to apply at the SF consulate. After going through the consulate website, I have the following additional questions:
- Are there any specifications for the photographs besides the size mentioned on website ?
- Do we need to get the US passport pags notarized and if so which pages?
- What do they mean by proof of permanent address in India per Indian passport? Would sending the Indian passport suffice?
- Are there any other requirements?
