Documents needed for Interim EAD

Hi All,

Could you please list the documents needed to apply for Interim EAD ( I plan to apply in person at the Los Angeles Field Office ).

Here are my Details:

Applied EAD renewal via on-line.
RD: 01/16/2004
ND: 01/20/2004

I plan to apply in the next week or so.

Your input is highly appreciated and sincerely thanked.

Completed I-765 (new)
Passport
Drivers License

No Harm in carrying...
I-140 receipt
I-485 receipt

I have some more questions.

1. Do you know, if I need to carry any INS style photos?

2. I presume that I-765 downloaded from uscis.gov, should work. Correct?

3. How long does it take for them to issue me an Interim EAD?

4. For what duration, do they issue the Interim EAD?

5. Do I have to carry any fees??

No, They will take em for u

They have a two sided application at the service center. Better to use em.

3. How long does it take for them to issue me an Interim EAD?

couple of hours. 3 at the most.

4. For what duration, do they issue the Interim EAD?

in my case 8 months. Later I got it from USCIS for full term.

5. Do I have to carry any fees??

No. you paid it when you made ur application. you are all set.

1. You don't. They will take inside.
2. Yes.
3. Same day in LA office. Long wait.
4. 8 months.
