Hi.
I am green card holder and thinking to file permanent residency for my husband,who is currently in India.
from the usics site I got to know the following documents are needed
1)filled form I-130
2)filled form G-325A from my and my husband's side.
3)filled form G-1145
4)color photo of my and my husband's
5)copy of marriage certificate.
6)Affidavit of 'acknowledgment of marriage" from my brother and 1 from his father
7)notarised copy of his passport
8) copy of my birth certificate
My question is do I need anything else than this? 1 more thing should I get any property on our's name or should I go for a joint account too?(both can be done only in India only.)or the documents mentioned above would be fine?
