Documents - Need Help.

I heard that NSC is denying lot of cases without RFEs. I am planning to do the concurrent filing of 140 & 485.
Can you please shed some light on the following?

1) What are the documents that needs to be submitted in colour?
2) If anybody has the list of documents that needs to be send for both 140&485, Please provide.
3) What are the documents which we generally miss?

Could you share with us where you heard this? It's only been 5-6 days since the memo was out, so it's a big problem if NSC is already acting so quickly on this...
