Documents/Forms for PCC

Hi Gurus,

I want to apply for PCC for my family and me at the Indian Visa Camp this weekend. Can any of you let me know what are the forms/documents required for the same?

I don't know what Indian Visa Camp you are talking about. But here is what I provided Indian Embassy at DC when I got my PCC.
Required:
1) A completed application for PCC, you can download this from embassy web-site.
2) A passport size photo that goes on application.
3) Original passport.
4) Money order or cash, amount depends on embassy verify before you go.
Just in case:
1) Marriage Certificate & copy
2) Latest visa approval notice copy

I am talking about the Visa Camp in Atlanta,where Indian Consulate officials come here for PP Renewals, Indian Visa, PCC ..

ok, I did not send anything - except ofcourse a copy of my PP and got my PCC.

I believe the cut off age is 16 years. Children below that age do not require
PCC.

Raju you are right, I confirmed the PCC details from chennai consulate website..

If applicant is an Indian passport holder and is staying outside India is 16 years old or older 1. Applicant's local Embassy or Consulate confirming he/she has no criminal record (a statement from Embassy or Consulate is acceptable)

and is 16 years old or older

PCC from Applicant's local Embassy or Consulate confirming he/she has no criminal record (a statement from Embassy or Consulate is acceptable)
