my bro is in Nepal and my sister in US . MY sister sent him documents like i-134 and bank and embassy and invitation and employment and tax letters and copy of her green card. He doesn't have bank or property statements but what he got to show is that he is married with 2 kids and have strong ties in the community in his place in nepal and job titles and letter from camp officer saying he has strong ties in the community in various community job and asking to give him visa. my sister says in her sponser letters that she is sponsering his visit and all his expenses including air ticket, food and lodging for his one month stay will be given by her.
so my question is, does he really need to have earning and and bank statements to show even though she says she will pay for everything?
