Documents for P3

What are the documents that I need to send along with P3? My lawyer received the P3 (I have not seen the contents). He is totaly confused on what to send with P3. First he thought we need to send everything with P3. Now he is saying that we need to send only DS-230 part 1 back to St. Louis office! What are the documents that you people have sent to St. Louis. My Consulate is Chennai, India.

Cashier\'s check or Money Order
Immigration Visa Bill
DS-230-1 for you and for any dependents
 
How much time did it take for you

to get PKT3 after your I140 approval. What is ur service centre and visa category.
I am just looking to estimate when i will be getting my pkt3.
NSC EB2 I140 approved on jan29th.

Also OF-169 signed form

When you sign this form, you are conveying to the consulate/NVC
that other documents such as valid passport, Birth/Marriage Certificate etc are in your possession. FYI, read page 2 of the
OF-169 form. Dependent(s) need not have separate OF-169 form.
