Documents for I-485

I read before on the I-140 board that tax returns and W2 for the recent years are needed for the I-485 application, but my lawyer didn\'t ask me for them. Do you guys know whether they should be included in the application? Or did you submit yours? Thanks for your input!

Twocents .. I was asked for my latest tax return for Y2K with my 485 filing .. I sent a copy to my lawyer with the other 485 papers .. My lawyer didn\'t ask me for W2\'s ..
