Just I got the mail from lawyer about documents needed to file 485 and I have a concern about some of the documents such as
1>COPY OF I-797 Indicating Approval of H1/H4 status
2>Evidence of Current Financial Report
a)Job Letter on company letterhead
b)pay statements of last 2 paychecks
In my case I have my current Employer's I-797,H1 Approval and which is not my GC sponsoring employer's that is fine OR I should submit my OLD H1 Approval of my sponsoring employer's which is also valid upto 2005?
Also About Paystubs, I don't have sponsoring Employer's bcos I am not on payroll, So can I submit my current employer's Paystub OR don't submit paystubs?
In my case, my visa transfered with my current employer after my LC is cleared and my old employer who is sponsoring filed my I-140 and 140 is pending from 4 months and now I am filing 485 with myself with the help of lawyer and without knowing to my GC sponsoring employer which was also my past employer but my past employer will not revoke my I-140 bcos he is getting money from my current employer who is a prefered vendor.
So is it OKAY to submit H1 Approval of current employer OR My past employer's I-797 which is also valid upto 2005 and who is my GC Sponsor for filing 485 OR just submit passport copies on which stamping of past employer only and not current employer?
Please let me know, that would be greatly appreciated
