I had a similar situation as described in this thread.
http://www.immigrationportal.com/showthread.php?t=127940
I did a project with my employer for a few months (last 4-5 that I was with this company) and then switched to another company. In such a case what happens if my previous employer is only willing to give an experiece letter for the project dates, but not for the duration I spent in looking for a project and giving interviews.
How does this affect or pose a risk to my Green Card Processing? Can I still file and expect no problems given that there would be gaps in my employment history?
I would appreciate a response from you.
Thanks!
