Documents for EAD

Hi Guys,

I am planning to send the following documents for EAD renewal (based on my Employment-based pending I-485 application):

- Application Form
- 2 photos per new standard
- Application fee of $175 payable to "Department of Homeland Security"
- Passport and I-94 copy
- I-485 receipt notice copy
- I-140 approval copy
- Previous EAD & EAD mailer copy
- Marriage certificate copy
- Driver's License Copy

Have three questions:
1. Should I send anything else?

2. Should any of the above be "certified/notorized" as "TRUE COPIES" or just normal photocopies are accepted?

3. Is this mailing address correct:
U.S. Department of Homeland Security
U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services
Nebraska Service Center
P.O. Box 87765
Lincoln, NE 68501-7765
Could you please let me know?

Hi,

Make sure the copies of Driver's License and Passport Biographis Page are COLOR.
 
I applied EAD electronically about 3 weeks ago. I did not send any supporting documents in the mail. I saw many people in this board suggested to do that. Anybody has approval of EAD without send any paper documents?
I filed at VSC.

Hi,

Try to send the supporting documents to the Address given in the Confirmation Receipt. I don't know whether USCIS will approve your EAD without supporting documentation. By the way did you take an appointment at your local ASC to appear for Biometrics? I hope you have a copy of confirmation receipt of e-file EAD. I did go to ASC for fingerprint, photo and signature. That is all I have done. I am wondering if I need send the other documents. From the gurus in this board, it is better to send the supporting documents.

just want to find if anyone can get it without sending supporting documents. :rolleyes:
