Documents for CP Interview--Chennai

Could some one please help us with the complete list of documents required at the interview?

Do we need to get Police clearance certificates from local Police stations in India in addition to Clearance certificates from the Indian Consulate in US.

Our interview is in December in Chennai consulate.
