Hello there,
I apologies if this is already been asked in this forum. I am a new U.S. Citizen would like to apply I-130 application for siblings (both over 21, sister is married with one kid).
It appears that the only supporting beside the application (I-130) and check ($355, personal check ok per instruction) are their (siblings) birth certificate along with mine. Do I need to provide any other documentation with the application at the stage?
Another question, parents are not able to come to USA for different reason. Therefore, looks like the only option I have is me filing my siblings’ I-130, which may take up to 15 yrs. Am I correct in my assumption?
I would really appreciate your advise, comment and suggestion.
