Can anyone list out what are the documents needed to file employment based I-485.

DO i need to submit affidvit of support for Dependents ? WHat is required from the employer ? Can I file this on my own ?

Our lawyer did not ask for it. I will be filing as a dependent on my husband but am also working on H1.
