Hi everbody!

Can anyone tell me about the document checklist for NORI to be sent to
1) MHRD
2)RPO (chandigarh)
3)home dept (punjab)

I will really appreciate your help if any one can tell me the contact address of these offices or even person in charge at theses offices, whom my parents can go and contact.Thanks in advance.

I understand u r frm Punjab, I am frm Haryana so mentioned Home depat. Haryana, I got no info abt Punjab but it must be in Chandigarh, so u can call Home dept Hrayana to find out Punjab's home address.

Thanks for all the information. i really appreciate you effort. Do you by any chance know what all things i need to send to these address, apart from the attested biodata n affidavit forms

1) attested bio-data form from consulate
2) attested affidavit form from consulate
3) passport photocopies??
4) educational docu???
5) cover letter??
6) any fees??

just read ur post about waiver. I am also a medico from india, doing clinical research in usa. do i need to send my documents to any other dept in india. can i contact u on phone or email as i need to send the document really quickly. Thanks.

As I mentioned earlier, please check all posts by dheeraj212 in this forum. I had started my waiver process in 2006 Nov and go waiver in May 2007, its been quite a long time, so cant really remember excat documents but u shall find all information in my previous posts as I tried to share every single information when I received waiver.

Let me know if u go wat u wanted or not.
