Doctor appointment for RFI

One question: When I go to see the doctor for the medical exam appointment for RFI - is it necessary for me to bring the "yellow paper"?

Or just keep the yellow paper at home? And just use that when I mail the result of the medical exam to USCIS?

Get your yellow paper when you go to the doctor (mine looked at it and took copy). Also, take your A# (mine asked for that)
