Could anyone please tell me that what documents are needed at the k3 visa interview.

You (your wife in her country of residence)will get all that specific info in the mail from the embassy in your country.Just a passport,affidivit of support , a medical report etc.

I estimate that you will receive the approval notification in about a couple of weeks(k3 from chicago) atmost as they were processing 04/28/2003 as of on 05/29/2003 the day my congressman checked on k3 visa processing date.Please let us know as soon as you are approved as you are far ahead than all of us for a k3 in thsi forum

I filed March 31 2003, Got NOA on April 5th that application was received on April 2nd at the NSC. No news as of yet . My girlfriend is from the Philippines but is living in the United Kingdom. If anyone has about the same situation please let me know. Thanks
