what docs required for FP?

FP Notice
Passport
State issued any photo ID

No, those are sufficient.
I had only the FP notice & drivers license with me when I did it.

You need to take only FP notice and an ID (Passport/Driver's licence).

We took only FP notice & driver's licence. The guy who checked our documents asked us if we have our social security card with us. We said "No". He let us in anyway.
