I am completeing 6 months after 485 filing in april. If I join another employer after that on EAD, Do I need some docs from the previous employer. I am concerned about EAD renewal in oct. Because in my case, the attorney is an employee of company. He won't give me any docs. Do I need 140 approval notice or any other docs for EAD renewal or at the time of AC21. Also, my present employer is a big consulting company and I want to start independent consulting with a small company( 10 emloyees)..Does company size matters in AC21 ??
