Here are the documents we took for PP stamping:
Courtesy copy of Approval Notice
Passport (Take expired Passports also), I-94, Current & Expired EAD/Parole, H1/H4 approvals
Two ADIT style photos taken with in 30days

Our experience at SFO
Approval notice said: \'Take this notice blah blah blah Mon-Fri 8:00am – 2:00pm.\'

- We (my wife & I) went to SFO office today at 7:40am.
- There was a very long line (about 100 people) outside the building. Skipped the line and went directly to the security personnel and told them that we have an appointment.
- Took the elevator up to the second floor
- Went to room 200B
- Dropped the approval notices (courtesy copy) in the door slot @ 7:45am
- An officer called our name @ 8:15am; Collected PP, Photos, Current & Expired EAD/Parole; Took the [index] finger printing and told us to wait
- Called us back @ 8:30am to give back the stamped passport; Told that actual card will arrive in the mail between 8-12 months
