Hi Guys,

Can someone please let me know the documents that I need to apply for my wife's Advance Parole?

Documents are arranged in the Following Order

1. USCIS Form I-131
• 2 USCIS Pictures in the envelope clipped to the upper right corner.
• USCIS check for $165 in the envelope clipped to the upper right corner.
2. Copy of Receipt notice I-485 petition submitted concurrently with I-140.
3. Copy of Receipt notice I-140 petition
4. Copy of Receipt notice for I-140 approval
5. Copy of US Visas from Passport.
6. Copy of most recent I-94 arrival & departure record.
7. Clear Color Copy of the Picture Page in the passport
 
Can I apply for AP if I have filed for I-140 and I-485 concurrently but yet to received approval for my I-140? It seems like you stated that I need the "approval receipt" for I-140?

Yeah..I have the same question. I am still waiting on the RFE response from NSC and do not have the 140 approval yet?
