My husband is the primary applicant and he got his green card before the retrogression in June of last year (2005). I was retrogressed this entire time until TODAY!.
Our PD is 27 June of 2001, so only today I can count of being approved. A year without any hopes and finally this day arrived.
My husband didn't get any RFEs so I am wondering if I am going to. Our lawyers are very experienced and I think our application is very complete, besides I think that if I were to receive a RFE, I would have received by now.
LUD changed last thursday and today really early in the morning, but not change in message. Do you guys think it could be close now? I am EB3 worldwide.
