Do you think I will get MY Green Card.

Hi all - could someone tell me if I will receive my Green Card shorthly ( EB3 Case)

1)Labor applied ( April 2001)
2)I-140 and I-485 applied in November.
3)Feb-2005 I-140 Cleared.
4) FP done in June-25-2005
5) LUD changes on 6/26/ to 07/02.
6) Received RFE in September-2005 for Medical form missed to check one of the box.
7) Respond to RFE on Sep 6th -2005
8) My Priority Date is April -2001 !!!
9) Visa available in Oct 1st 2005 ( EB3)and Texas Processing time is Oct 1st 2004.

Do you think considering all the factors above and EN3 Retrog.. Will I able to have my GC cleard ny Oct-2005 at the most .

Maddy,

Although anything is possible when it comes to the TSC, there is a great chance that your application will be approved in Oct. I am assuming that the RFE will be received in time and that your Name Check would have been completed. Keep your hopes up.

As others EB3s people here, we are all waiting for the VISA BULLETIN that should be post it by the Department of State in a copule of days now.

The last posting date was Aug8,2005, in a couple of days now they should post VISA AVAILABILITY. It is my understanding after sharing info. with many here and with my lawyer that RETROGRESSION is a given for nationals from INDIA, MAINLAND CHINA, PHILIPINES and now MEXICO.

I do not know if you are aware of recent posting in this subject, but they were INTENSE, in the sence that PD according to the VISA BULLETIN will be the DEFINITE RULE OF MEASURE of the time is going to take for our cases to be approved.

As a community, we agreed in discouraging PD predictions, becuase they create more confusion and stress, but I decided to share that the most likelly PD date is one close to OCT.02 for several reasons....

Check postings from old timers like POJ, SARAS, Moroni, Victim of INS and others.

Da_BorderKid,

You are right. From whatever I have read, it seems like mid to late 02 is a likely date. As always anything is possible when it comes to the USCIS but mid to late 02 seems realistic enough. Lets hope that the PDs dates for retrogressed countries move each month after the initial date.
