I heard that after you go GC, when entering US, you no longer need to fill out I-94 form, but do you still need to fill out the custom declaration form?

Certain foreign diplomats don't have to fill that form. Don't know
if Presidnet Bush need to fill the custims form when he
coem back from a foreign trip.

I don't know if a GC holder can work on his country's di0plomatic mission or not
