I filed on Dec 12th my I 485 with CSC, My LC is from CSC and my I140 is from TSC, due to my company head quarters in Texas.
My I-140 is approved on Sept 2000, and it's still valid. I haven't filed my 485 till now because I left my earlier company. Now they are willing to hire me back, so I cut a deal with them that if they file I 485 and approved then I will come back with them, so I filed I 485. If everything goes well then can I take AC21 clause and ch
ange job after 180 days.
do you see any problem in getting Receipt Date. I heard if Receipt Date has come then I passed a major hurdle. I'm little worried about the I140 dated Sep 2000.
Please throw some light on this, also what are the major hurdled I have to pass.
